Yin yoga targets the connective tissue around the hips and lower spine and when combined with the fluid movement of vinyasa it helps to encourage an easy flow of motion that releases tension throughout the whole body.

As you move through the practice the stretches become deeper and longer held gently stressing the joints and teaching yo how to connect with your breath and your mind.  

The class is great for any level with modifications offered to make sure you get the very best from your practice.
