Sundays should be fundays in my opinion. It’s the last day before Monday when you have to get serious again so I created a class that’s all about the pleasure of simply moving.
The theme of the class will change each week to focus on a different aspect of movement and body work with the emphasis on ‘your body, your way’. If you like your yoga practice to come with an element of surprise and a dash of giggles this is the class for you.
Pre-requisite – sense of humour and an open mind, everything else is optional!
